TPI sp. z o.o. is a Polish trade and service company offering comprehensive measurement solutions. The company has been the leader on the Polish innovative measurement solution market for more than 25 years. Their operations concentrate around geodesis, construction, industry and precision farming. TPI currently has five branches in the largest cities in Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania and Romania.

The main problem which TPI struggled with on a daily basis was the lack of appropriate tools to effectively communicate within the team and the efficient reporting of sales operations. Traders did not have support in the form of a comprehensive and effective CRM system – neither in a desktop or mobile version.

 

In answer to the presented problems, we proposed the intuitive system – Salesforce Sales Cloud. The key functionalities for TPI turned out to be:

 

  • tools to manage the whole sales process,
  • tools to report obtained results,
  • access to data during work, regardless of location thanks to Salesforce Mobile App.

 

The solution that we introduced – Salesforce Sales Cloud – is very easy to use. The most significant changes that took place were:

 

  • more efficient management of sales processes, which is now also possible remotely,
  • transparent insight into the sales activity of the company,
  • precise prognosis of future sales results, thanks to the easy analysis of historical and current data,
  • better coordination of marketing operations and control of campaign results.
